REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be entitled to a full/partial refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

After receiving your refund request and considering if your request is eligible for a full/partial refund, we will process your request. Please allow at least 3 working days from the receipt of your request to process your refund request. We will notify you by email when your refund request has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Intercultural Roots does not offer refunds for events unless we cancel or we are not able to deliver for any reason, in which case we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.

Intercultural Roots will not be liable in any way if an event you have booked on is abandoned after more than half of it has taken place due to any factors which are beyond Intercultural Roots' reasonable control. Should an event be cancelled or abandoned when less than half of it has taken place refunds will be for the face value of the ticket only.

Intercultural Roots does not provide refunds on video sales where links to such videos have been provided. If the link provided is no longer working it may be that the video is no longer being published for reasons beyond our control.

Some refunds may be considered on application but may be subject to an administration fee.
