Sophie Spiral Schultze-Allen (they/she) is a dancer, InterPlay somatic facilitator, and dance studies PhD candidate at the Free University Berlin. They recently completed a MA in Dance Studies on the topic of embodied climate justice and are developing this further in a transdisciplinary DFG-funded research project on Art as Intervention. Before moving to Berlin in 2017, Sophie received a BA in Community Arts and Climate Justice from Hampshire College in Massachusetts. Sophie was born in Germany and grew up in Berkeley, California, U.S.A.
