About

Helen is an Edinburgh Fringe First Award Winning theatre maker, director and writer. Her practice combines Viewpoints and Laban/Bartenieff with psychogeographical practice and object orientated ontology. Helen has published writings on facilitating a safe, inclusive space and is researching performance processes that decentre the human. Her theatre making includes experience with Shakespeare's Globe, Soho Theatre, Creation Theatre and numerous international festivals. She was formerly Co-Artistic Director of Drama Studio London, Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths University, Associate Artist University of Greenwich  and Artist in Residence at Universe of South Florida. Her solo lecture-performance, Doggerland was nominated for best show of the festival STOFF, Stockholm.
