My name is Harald De Bondt. With my playful approach, I have been empowering people for the past 7 years to trust their instincts and remember their natural self-confidence. Through therapeutic coaching programs and workshops I invite people to roar as their inner lion.

I trained as an engineer in computer science and have a master's degree in dance and movement therapy. A mix of polarities; exact science, movement and psychology. And this is what I bring to my sessions and workshops.

From my personal story, I understand the challenges of self-expression, discovering your individuality and creating connection with others. It is not easy for anyone, in a society where busy-ness and achievement are the celebrated norm.

My work is strongly informed by my lifestyle, I live in the forest, off-grid, with the joy and perils of minimalism. Here I practice primal play, the embodiment of.my ape ancestry. By climbing trees and roughhousing with fellow primates.
